Dear Touchstone Parents,
It is hard to believe it, but we are in our last 3 weeks of Summer Camp. Over the next few weeks we plan on having the Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue come by for a visit, another water play day, and many other fun camp adventures.
If you are signed up for the fall, you will be able to find your welcome packet to the 2015/2016 school year in your parent file, or mailed to your home. In them you will find the school calendar and well as other important information about the upcoming school year. Individual letters from the teachers will be sent home in the first couple weeks of August. This is a good way for you to start to get to know your child’s teacher.
Please remember we will be closed from August 24 to August 28 for Teacher Work Week. This time allows for teachers to get their classrooms all set up for the upcoming school year. The first day of school will be Tuesday, September 1.
We will be closed for both camp and school on Monday, August 31. There will a Teacher Meet and Greet that day from 3pm to 5pm. During this time you are welcome to come join us to meet your child’s teachers, bring in your child’s items, and ask questions for the teachers.
