Patricia B. Miller, President of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. has been named as the first recipient of the Gladys Black Woman of Distinction Award by the Chester County [PA] Fund for Women and Girls. Ms. Miller was selected for serving as an advocate and mentor for female employees at Nobel Learning, as well as her work with the Forum for Executive Women since 1989. She is a Board member of PathWays PA, a non-profit organization that helps thousands of women and families achieve economic independence and family well-being through advocacy and training programs and services. Ms. Miller will be honored at the organization’s Champions of Change Breakfast in March 2018.
